Our Executive Chef JP Green's culinary journey began as a child where he assisted in his grandfather's bakery in a small village in France. He refined his skills through a fine dining catering apprenticeship followed by an internship at The Ritz Paris. JP creates inspiring menus for all occasions with a focus on the highest quality, local ingredients, and sustainable food practices.

Every dish we serve is crafted fresh, from scratch. By preparing everything in-house we ensure that every bite reflects the quality, care, and creativity that define our culinary philosophy.
