Guests of The Parkside Hotel & Spa enjoy complimentary access to our 25-metre pool. Just put on your suit and robe, and head down to the first floor, we've got pool towels for you in the change room.

* Please note: The pool will be closed for annual maintenance between January 18-24th. There is alternative options for our hotel guests. Please see Guest Services for further information. Thank you. 

Procedures to Enjoying the Pool

• Guests will access the pool via the washrooms/pool change rooms using their room key.
• Children under 16 years of age may not swim in the pool without adult supervision.
• We do not require waivers to be signed or reservations prior to use.
• Members must check in at the recreation desk to punch their pass and receive an access key for the pool change rooms/fitness centre.

Hours

7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Daily*

*We offer daily Fitness Times for our pool which will be Adult Only (18+). These times will be:

12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.* with the exception of Thursdays during our Drift sessions, the pool will be closed.

All other swim times will be considered Family Time, which is open to everyone.

Closures & Notices

Our hot tub will be closed on the first Monday and Tuesday of every month for cleaning. The pool will still be open.

Please note we offer sound bathing: Drift | A Floating Sound Meditation, on Tuesdays at 7:00 a.m. or Thursdays at 9:00 p.m. During these times, the pool will be closed to all outside guests who have not pre-registered for the session. To view more information on this, click here to learn more. Pool will be closed to public/guests on select Sundays from 6:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. and on Thursdays from 8:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
