POLICY UPDATE 05.10.2023:

Existing & New Guest Reservations

Should your plans unexpectedly change and you are unable to stay with us, we require that you notify us by 4:00 p.m. (PST) the day prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your arrival date will result in a charge for one night's room rate plus applicable taxes. Not showing up for a valid reservation will also result in a charge for one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

NOTE: Different cancellation policies may apply for advanced purchase and promotional rates described as non-cancelable or non-refundable, group blocks and corporate rates.

Any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate difference.

Online Travel Agent or Third-Party Travel Service Reservations

We expect that our travel partners will honour all aspects of our published cancellation policies BUT we can’t guarantee it. We strongly encourage guests who made reservations via online travel agents or third-party travel professionals to contact them directly for information on their policies.
