Cancellation Policies

POLICY UPDATE 2.26.2021:

This past year, our cancellation policies have been a bit like Play-Doh. Constantly molding and re-shaping to make sure we are aligning our guests with the most flexibility as it relates to COVID-19 developments.

So, we decided to make a ‘New Normal’ Cancellation Policy. We are calling it FREE All-ways - at any time, on any day, for any reason for individual, business, and group guests.


FREE All-ways Cancellation Policy: INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESS TRAVELLERS & GROUPS

Existing & New Guest Reservations

FREE changes or FREE cancellations for all existing and new reservations at any time.

NOTE: Any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate difference. This includes individual reservations with any advanced purchase rates described as non-cancelable or non-refundable.

Online Travel Agent or Third-Party Travel Service Reservations

We expect that our travel partners will honour all aspects of our published cancellation policies BUT we can’t guarantee it. We strongly encourage guests who made reservations via online travel agents or third-party travel professionals to contact them directly for information on their policies.

Meetings & Events Cancellation Policy

For all group bookings, including those including meeting rooms and events, please contact your sales manager. Cancellation requests or postponements of events will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We are constantly updating our cancellation policy with the aim to offer you as much flexibility and planning comfort as possible. Our policy is subject to local regulations and variations applicable to the hotel legal entity.  

For stays until December 31, 2021 at The Parkside Hotel & Spa, the below cancellation policy applies to group room bookings: 

The Parkside Hotel & Spa will allow free cancellation or modification of your reservation up to 24 hours before arrival (any modifications are subject to availability and/or any rate difference). Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be subject to one night room and tax.
