Have questions? Below are some frequently asked questions and answers. If your question is still unanswered please contact the hotel and a member of Guest Services will be happy to assist you further.

What are the hours of the pool & fitness centre?

The pool facilities and the fitness center are open between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm daily, seven days a week.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Yes, parking is available for a rate of $15.00 plus tax. Street parking is also available at your discretion.

Is there bike parking at the hotel?

Yes, we have a bike stand located at the front doors of the hotel, as well as a secured and complimentary bike storage room within the hotel.

Are there lockers on site?

Yes, we have lockers available for your use while utilizing the facilities. Please be aware that we have a limited amount of lockers, so we do ask that once you leave you remove your personal items and your lock. Overnight storage in the lockers is not permitted.

If I forget my lock, can I borrow one from the hotel?

Yes, if you have forgotten your lock, we do have locks available at Guest Services. These are available for purchase or for temporary use while you work out.

Does the pool ever close for cleaning?

Yes, from time to time we will close the pool for a deep clean. When we do this we will notify all members in advance, and arrange for use of another pool nearby for you to access. Please note that occasionally the pool will close with no notice due to a last minute maintenance issue. In these cases we do our best to re-open the pool as soon as we are able.

Can I bring a guest with me?

At this time we only offer these facilities to gym members and hotel guests. We have punchcards that guests can purchase if they are just here for a few times.
