Enjoy a hot or cold beverage (including wine and beer) in our relaxation lounge before your service and receive free access to our wellness facilities, including pool, hot tub and fitness centre to complement your spa experience.
Parking is complimentary on-site at The Parkside Hotel & Spa. Please feel free to park in the short-term parking spaces and stop by our hotel front desk for parking directions.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or appointment change for individual treatments, and 48 hours notice for packages and group bookings. Requests made within these timeframes, including rescheduling to a different date, will incur a 50% charge. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
Group Bookings (3 or more guests): If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide our spa a minimum of 48 hours notice. Missed group treatments or cancellation within the 48 hours before treatment will result in full charges as per the original booking.
