How The Parkside Builds Holiday Joy for the Community
The holiday season is a time for connection, kindness and community—and this year, The Parkside Hotel & Spa is delighted to continue its cherished tradition of giving back in a truly magical way. Until December 28, 2025, The Parkside’s atrium is a festive showcase of creativity with Festive Bricks of Giving, presented in partnership with Rainbow Kitchen.
This year’s exhibition features an imaginative collection of LEGO® displays crafted by local artists, families, and builders of all ages. From whimsical winter scenes to intricate miniature worlds, these creations are sure to inspire kids and kids-at-heart alike. The exhibition is complimentary and open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with donations warmly appreciated to support Rainbow Kitchen. Guests can also take home a memory with keepsake LEGO ornaments, available by donation throughout the atrium.
On December 6, guests can enjoy an extra touch of magic with a visit from Santa himself. Enjoy a free Santa photo from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM (first come, first served), browse the exhibits, and get creative at interactive building stations.
New this year, The Parkside is also proud to introduce the Build & Give Holiday Package, designed to spark joy while giving back. The package includes two nights’ accommodation, a festive building set to unleash your creativity, and a $15 credit toward either a cozy Fireside Roasting experience or a private theatre rental—perfect for family fun. Plus, a portion of each package directly supports Rainbow Kitchen, helping provide meals to children across Greater Victoria.
