Red Fish Blue Fish

Classic UK-style tempura-battered fish and chips is the star at this seasonal spot, but the entire menu is brimming with stellar seafood choices. Come for the fresh catch du jour, house-made soups and inventively repurposed cargo-container environment, and stay for the picturesque views of the sunset over Inner Harbour.

Pagliacci’s

Pagliacci’s may be named for the famous tragic clown of Italian opera, but there is nothing to shed tears over at this Victoria institution that’s been serving hungry diners since 1979. Fresh-caught local seafood, Black Angus steaks, and — of course — incredible pasta and wine are all reasons to visit.

Jam Café

Expect a queue at this renowned breakfast spot, but rest assured — the classic comfort food is worth the wait. Legendarily massive portions of American classics like huevos rancheros and red velvet pancakes await inside this exceptional eatery. Don’t miss the Charlie Bowl, a delicious mess of biscuits and gravy with cheese, eggs and green onions.
