Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I bring my dog or cat with me?

Yes! We welcome pets at the hotel. We just ask that you contact us prior to your arrival to ensure we reserve you a pet suite, as we have a limited number available. Two pets per suite are permitted, under 50 pounds each. We have a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00+taxes per stay, up to seven nights.

2. Do you accept Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit cards?

No, we do not accept Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit cards. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. At your arrival, we require a pre-authorization hold to be taken of room, tax and incidentals. This will be released upon departure.

3. I don’t have a credit card, can I still check in?

Yes. We can send a Credit Card Authorization form to a family member or friend of yours that will allow you to use their credit card. We do not allow cash deposits at check in. A Credit Card Authorization form will allow someone to fill it out on your behalf with their details for us to authorize their card for room, tax and incidentals. You can then pay for the room and any incidentals upon departure, in cash or debit form.

4.How much is parking and what is the height of your garage?

Parking is $15.00+taxes per night. Our underground parking is 6’7”. If you have an over height vehicle, please contact us directly for nearby options available.

5.Do you have a restaurant at the hotel?

Yes. There is a small cafe off the lobby that offers coffee, beer, wine, and small meals. We also offer daily in-room dining for Breakfast.
