Our Prana at Parkside Yoga Retreat was featured in an article in the Times Colonist today!

Times Colonist reporter Amy Smart attended our first yoga retreat held in June 2011 at Parkside, hosted by Liz Zdunich of Namaste Inspired Athletics.

De-stress, de-tense and start you vacation off right with a relaxing back and neck massage while you wait to check in at the front desk at Parkside.

The free 10-minute chair massages will be available in the lobby for guests waiting to check-in from 3 pm to 6 pm on Fridays.

The massages are first come, first serve and will be performed by either a Registered Massage Therapist or an Esthetician from AquaTerre Spa.
