Wannawafel, a local Victoria company that bakes authentic, made-from-scratch Belgian waffles, will be hosting a charity event at Parkside on Saturday, May 7, 2011 from 2-5pm, alongside our "Going Places" Art Show, happening from 1-3pm and 7-9pm.
New Wannawafel franchisees from all over Canada will be baking and selling delicious waffles from three brand-new waffle carts in our restaurant space for half price ($2 each), with all proceeds going to the BC Children’s Hospital.
So stop by Parkside on Saturday for a day of local art and fresh-baked Wannawafels!

Caffe Fantastico's newest location, Tre Fantastico, had its grand opening at Parkside Victoria Resort & Spa on Thursday, February 3, 2011.
Guests enjoyed delicious passed appetizers, including mini pulled pork sandwiches with blue cheese and venison skewers, as well as local brews, a selection of BC wines and speciality coffees.
