Parkside is a 2010 CARE Awards Finalist!
Parkside Victoria Resort & Spa has been listed as a finalist for the Canadian Home Builders' Association (Victoria Chapter) CARE Awards in multiple categories!
They are:
- Best Commercial Project
- Best Interior - Commercial
- Best Condominium - Mixed-Use Development
- Best Project Website
- Award for Outdoor Environmental Achievement
- Award for Indoor Environmental Achievement and Energy Efficiency
- CARE Awards Project of the Year - Development
The annual Construction Achievements and Renovations of Excellence (CARE) Awards recognize the West Coast's creative craftsmanship and design and celebrate excellence in the industry.
Finalists are chosen based on their ability to "demonstrate how innovative design and materials transform an indoor living space into a part of our West Coast environment" says Bob Gill, CARE Awards Chair, in a media release.
The finalist are selected by a panel of industry professionals using criteria such as architectural design, quality workmanship, creative use of space and energy efficiency.
The winners will be announced at the CARE Awards gala on Friday, September 24 at the Fairmont Empress Hotel.
