For our July contest, we're asking our Living Planet Community what they do to help conserve our environment.

"I just built a house this year and we built it with ICFs (insulated concrete forms) with an R40 rating.
The amount of heat loss out of a conventional-framed house compared to the little-to-no heat loss of our house is crazy.
Also, we installed radiant heat with a 95% efficiency-on-demand propane water heater, which was an investment, but in the long run, we will consume a lot less heat.
We're so happy we built green with our new house - it's definitely worth it."
